Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your puppy's name and date of birth. If you purchase full access, we process payment through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email from Google.

How We Use It

Your puppy's date of birth is used solely to personalize your training dashboard and daily schedule. Your email is used to send a password reset link if you request one, and to answer your trainer question if you submit one. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not run advertising. We do not use tracking pixels or ad networks.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely on servers in the United States. It is not accessible from the public internet. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — we cannot recover your password, only reset it.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy) and Google for optional Sign-In (policies.google.com/privacy). These services have their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at office@readpuppy.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
